Jim Blurton Racetrack Clip Cutter – The clip nipper allows effortless cutting of the clip recess, ergonomically designed with a gauge plate to eliminate any over cuts. Available in two sizes 12″or 14″. This tool can be used one-handed on difficult young horses. The clip nipper is a registered design tool hand forged from H13 steel and is hand finished.
