The Annual BFBA Farrier Focus 2019 takes place on Saturday 21st September and Sunday 22nd September at The Forge, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, CV8 2LG.
Farrier Focus 2019 includes a trade exhibition featuring internationally recognised equine product stockists. These include Jim Blurton Farrier Products (find us on the Stromsholm Farrier Supplies stand). The event also has informative lectures and the highly competitive International Horseshoeing Championship.

Farrier Focus 2019 is the perfect occasion to meet with equine professionals and attend lectures and workshops, as well as hearing from many other expert speakers.
40th International Team Horseshoeing Championship
The International Team Horseshoeing Championship has attracted teams from around the world including Sweden, Belgium, Holland, USA, Canada and Ireland. Each team of 4 competing to be crowned the British Farriers and Blacksmiths Association’s (BFBA) International Team Horseshoeing Champion.
A classic competition in the farriery calendar, competitors work in teams to shoe a horse. Teams will also compete in a gas forging class in which they’ll have 90 minutes to make four shoes. The highest scoring team will be named champions, in what is one of the farrier world’s most highly contested competitions.
Judges this year are Jay Tovey FWCF (England) and Jake Engler (USA)
